Check-in time is at 2:00pm. Check-out time is at 12:00nn
Request for early check-in should be made at the time of reservation, and late check-out should be made through the hotel’s reception desk. Both are subject to room availability and additional charges. Settlement of room extension should be made at least a day before.
Cancellation and Amendment Policy
– AMENDMENT: Should the guest wish to amend the schedule of the booking to another date, the guest must notify the hotel in writing at least fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date.
– CANCELATION: Should the guest wish to cancel their booking, the guest must notify the hotel in writing at least fifteen (15) days prior to the arrival date to get a full refund.
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises. There is a minimum fee of P 2,500 per incident of non-compliance.
Guests are not allowed to bring into the hotel any dangerous item/s such as but not limited to: firearms, explosives, illicit drugs, and dangerous chemicals.
The hotel is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage to guest’s personal belongings, valuables, and equipment.
The hotel reserves the right to terminate your booking without incurring any liability if the guest perform acts that may obstruct, hinder, or cause disturbance to other guests or hotel staff.
